QDEVU® submersible mixer is designed with high-quality materials that provide F grade insulation and IP68 level of corrosion resistance. The motor is made with copper, which can withstand high temperatures and ensure stable and reliable function. The sharp impeller is designed to provide strong mixing, efficiently mixing the desired materials.
QDEVU series submersible mixer is suitable for industrial wastewater and urban sewage treatment plant aeration tank and anaerobic tank. It can be used to create water flow in the water circulation and nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal stages, strengthen mixing and prevent sedimentation.
The submersible aerator uses the motor to directly drive the impeller to rotate to cause centrifugal force, so that the low pressure in the vicinity is sucked into the water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is also created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air. In the air mixing chamber, these air and water are mixed and then rapidly discharged by centrifugal force. As the water jet is extremely strong, effective convection circulation is caused, and the control body is divided into many small bubbles. Because the bubbles rise slowly and cannot be counted, their surface area is large, so that the air transmission rate per unit horsepower is higher than that of other types of aerators.
